Terms
These terms cover the FACEREKT microsite, face-image uploads, generated images, sharing, and any campaign prize entry.
Who Can Use It
- - You must be 18 or older.
- - Do not upload children or anyone under 18.
- - Only upload your own image, or an image you have permission to use.
Image Uploads
- - By using FACEREKT, you consent to Rekt processing your uploaded image to generate your FACEREKT image.
- - Your uploaded image is sent to Google Gemini API for image generation.
- - Do not upload unlawful, abusive, private, or non-consensual images.
Generated Images
- - Generated images are for campaign, social, and entertainment use.
- - You are responsible for what you download, copy, post, or share.
- - Masked mode reduces face visibility, but does not guarantee anonymity.
Prize Entry
- - Prize entry is only available where lawful and only during the official campaign period.
- - To enter, follow the campaign instructions shown by Rekt, including any X sharing, tagging, or hashtag requirements.
- - No purchase is necessary unless official final campaign terms state otherwise for a specific jurisdiction.
- - Rekt may reject entries that are abusive, fraudulent, infringing, automated, or outside the campaign rules.
Platform Rules
- - X, Instagram, TikTok, Discord, and other platforms are not sponsors of this campaign unless expressly stated.
- - Your use of any social platform is also subject to that platform's rules and privacy terms.
Changes And Takedowns
- - Rekt may change, pause, or end FACEREKT if needed for safety, abuse prevention, technical issues, or legal reasons.
- - Rekt may request removal of posts that misuse the campaign or violate these terms.
